Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing management or related majors.
2. More than five years of marketing management experience; at least three years of experience in international market development; backgrounds in the medical industry are preferred;
3. Strong planning capabilities; familiarities in overseas marketing workflow; tenacious market development capability;
4. Good business and market awareness; strong problem analysis and solving skills; excellent ability in resource integration and business promotion;
5. Good communication and cooperation skills and rick experience in team building.
Responsivities:
1. Overseas market strategic planning; development of an overall operational plan for the company’s overseas market; proposing specific direction and implementation of marketing, branding, public relations events and others.
2. Organize and supervise the implementation of annual overseas marketing plan;
3. Conduct overseas market research and analysis; conduct studies on peers and industry development; perform regular market forecasts and intelligence analysis, providing the basis for corporate decision-making;
4. Establish and improve the overseas marketing workflow as well as employee regulations;
5. Prepare an annual overseas marketing budget and an annual sales plan as well as incentivized evaluation system.
6. Manage the teams of the overseas department; conduct market training and instructions on team members and relative departments.
