Terms within the Warranty Period

  We are responsible for providing quality assurance and after-sales services for all end users. The warranty shall cover machine failures caused by non-artificial damages for a period of one year, and all components for a period of three months. The period of warranty starts from the day when the product arrives at the location designated by the user. The after-sales terms of service for computers, monitors, cameras and other components are subject to the regulations of their manufacturers.

  If within the warranty period the same equipment cannot be put into normal use or the same quality issue cannot be resolved after two successive maintenance, we promise that the equipment will be replaced with new one of identical brand and model.

  To avoid any impact on the operation of the users, we can provide a prototype for temporary use provided that the users pay a deposit. When the new equipment is delivered to the users the prototype will be collected and the deposit will be returned.

 

The warranty will be void in any of the following situation:

(1) Damages resulting from human errors; failure or damages from usage in abnormal working environment; usage in violation of the instructions or usage in environments other than those specified by the instructions;

(2) Users dismantle, repair or remodel the product without our approval;

(3) Damages resulting from improper transportation after purchasing our products;

(4) Damages resulting from other force majeure (such as flood, thunder strike, earthquake and abnormal voltage);

(5) Wears, abrasion, rupture and soaking from normal use.

(6) Products that are not manufactured by us, such as counterfeit goods.

 

Terms outside of warranty period

Accessory fees and service charge shall apply for products outside of warranty that requires home repair due to functional failure. The hours of service for one home repair session shall be no more than two business days.
